Full Bloom is a local micro-roaster located in downtown Garner NC. Not only can you enjoy a beverage in their cute cafe, but you can also pick up a bag of beans or send them to a loved one as a gift! Full Bloom sources organic, Fair Trade, Direct Trade and Rain Forest Alliance Certified beans from around the world and roasts them in small batches. Their cafe offers comfy aesthetic vibes that’s perfect for coworking or enjoying a relaxed morning with your boo. My favorite order is the Raspberry Blossom Latte that is perfect iced or hot. It is not too sweet and is super refreshing iced on a hot day. Full bloom is vegetarian and vegan friendly with your typical non-dairy milk options such as oat or almond milk and they also offer a small menu of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. When I first moved to Garner and didn’t have a fridge (anyone else remember the Covid related appliance shortage?) my breakfast consisted of the aforementioned Raspberry Blossom Latte and their yummy Veggie Bagel Scramble which consisted of scrambled eggs with spinach and feta on a everything bagel with garlic hummus. My fiancé enjoyed their cold brew coffee (unsweetened but they also have a delicious honey cold brew) and their BLT panini. Full Bloom is perfect for a relaxed coffee date and if the date is going well you can continue by walking the historic downtown Garner Street and explore the cute shops and bakeries on the street.
2. Avesboro Coffee

Starbucks Frappuccino who? Hands down Avesboro coffee located on Avesboro street in Garner NC has the best frozen espresso lattes. If you are a fan of Starbucks Frappuccino’s, you absolutely must try Avesboro coffee. They offer a variety of lattes that can be made hot, iced or frozen. I honestly do not have a favorite because each time I go I try a new one and every single one of them has been delicious. They also offer a variety of snacks and pastries.
If you enjoy sweeter coffees Avesboro is the place to check out in Garner! It is also located near the Garner Veteran Memorial Park which has lovely walking paths making it perfect for a relaxed coffee walking date.
1. The Muse Coffee Company and Roastery

Muse Coffee in Garner NC may by my favorite coffee shop. My old go to Starbucks order was their Iced Brown Sugar Oat milk Shaken Espresso until I discovered Muse’s Christmas in a Cup latte. It is perfectly balanced in sweetness and is delicious iced or hot, and since trying it, I cannot bring myself to step foot in a Starbucks. My fiancé enjoys their espresso shots (we’ve been on the search for the best espresso shots in the Raleigh-Durham area) and cold brew coffee.
They also offer pastries and a small menu of breakfast and lunch plates. I am partial to their avocado toast which features a yummy spicy habanero jelly. If you’re looking for more a meal they are conveniently located next to Alexander’s Mediterranean restaurant which has the best falafel I’ve found in Garner.
